Connect Resources is an industry leading brand in civil construction in the WA market supplying labour hire and professional staff, contract and permanent, to major civil contractors. We are continuing to grow having opened an office on the east coast and expanding our offering to professional and regional recruitment
We have built a reputation for:

- knowing our industry inside and out.
Due to continued demand we have two new roles in our civil team which will involve:
- Undertaking an in-depth training and development program specifically developed to take you from' new to the industry' to an industry advisor
- Working with an experienced and respected Divisional Manager who will teach you how to build a reputation and network like them
- Contributing to the team's success through coming up with new ideas, working together and supporting each other
We believe in rewarding attitudes and behaviours as well as performance and in enjoying our time at work. Opportunity to work from home up to two days a week once established and plenty of scope to develop into more senior Resourcer or 360 Consultant roles across our specialisations.
We ask that you have:
- Either some experience on a construction/ mining site, in office experience in civil construction or a degree / relevant TAFE qualification such as Business, Marketing or Construction (still keep the next two bullet points)
- Confident communication skills with an interest in connecting with people
- Eagerness to learn about an industry in depth
