We are looking for a qualified, multi-skilled Maintenance Fitter to join Ridley AgriProducts at our St Arnaud site. If you have hands-on maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

The Role
Working closely with the Site Manager and Production team, you will:
* Work on various manufacturing equipment
* Implement safety management practices
* Manage a maintenance budget
* Perform both time-critical breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks
* Schedule maintenance activities to meet production targets and minimize downtime
* Experience with computer-based maintenance programs is highly regarded.
You will have
* A mechanical trade qualification (essential) and relevant tickets
* Demonstrated knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation
* Experience with production and maintenance KPIs, including planned preventative maintenance programs
* Proficient computing skills; experience with Microsoft Office
* Ability to work under pressure and effectively communicate
* Over 2 years of industry experience, including working with manufacturing and maintenance teams
* Current valid drivers licence and forklift license (HRW)
* BI boiler license preferred but not essential
