About The Team
At the College of Health, Early Childhood Education and Community Services, we prepare students to work with some of the most vulnerable members of our community. Our programs equip future professionals to support people experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, family violence, alcohol and drug dependency, and young people facing complex life circumstances. We also train students to design and deliver community programmes that strengthen and uplift every corner of society.

About The Role
You will be responsible for the management of high‐quality teaching practices and assessment across Community Services programs within Victoria University.
You will manage and customise learner‐centred training and assessment, support student progression, and maintain compliance with ASQA, VRQA and HESG requirements. You will work closely with industry partners and internal stakeholders, and you will manage continuous improvement, industry‐informed practice, and a positive, inclusive learning environment.
* Salary: AUD 129,129 per annum
* Employment Type: Full time Continuing
* Hours: 38 hours per week
* Location: Footscray Nicholson campuses

About You
* Experienced TAFE educator
* Background in Community Services with significant experience an advantage
