We are seeking a Solicitor who will play a key role in supporting the progress of clients and colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established Corporate Legal & Compliance branch.
The successful candidate will manage their own portfolio of commercial, non-litigated matters, providing practical, solutions-focused legal advice that supports our strategic objectives and transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of commercial, non-litigated matters

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Law
* Current Victorian Practising Certificate
* Australian Lawyer admission
* Substantial experience in commercial (non-litigious) law
* Strong internal relationships and collaboration skills
