Rehabilitation Specialist
About the Role
This is a full-time position for a Psychologist, Social Worker or Rehabilitation Counsellor. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals and work with clients to regain their independence and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments relevant to your discipline to develop effective rehabilitation plans.
* Design meaningful intervention programs that build functional capacity and independence.
* Develop tailored rehabilitation plans and return-to-work strategies.
* Identify barriers and implement practical evidence-based solutions.
* Navigate multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery.
* Collaborate with clients, families, medical teams, employers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have an Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology with AHPRA accreditation, qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with ASORC, or Social Work and AASW membership.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, determination to provide high-level customer service, and a keen sense of punctuality and time management are essential.
