Leading from the front is their supportive, generous Principal, who is continually striving to maintain a well structured, positive working environment for the sales and Property Management team to thrive in.

**The role**:
We are looking for an experienced Department Manager to lead this smooth running, successful Property Management team. This person will be a natural born leader, equipped with strong Property Management experience, and skills in leading and mentoring a team. This is a role which will command a high level of trust and responsibility, and genuine care and dedication to helping others succeed. Ultimately you will enjoy developing this already collaborative team, with the best interest of the business at heart. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include but aren't limited to:

- Oversee the Property Management department of 3 staff, with a smooth functioning, task-based structure in place
- Manage the Trust Account, including processing mid and end of month for a clean rent role of approximately 320 local properties
- Maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Owner & Tenant liaison, arrears management, accounts, invoicing and maintenance
- Train and mentor Property Management team members
- Conduct one-on-one's and performance reviews with the Property Management team
- Set the agenda and run the weekly Property Management meeting
- Training and onboarding of new staff
- Defining KPI's and objectives for the team
- Use of Console Cloud software

**To be considered**:

- We are seeking someone with demonstrated experience in Property Management and Leadership - ideally coming from a Department Manager/Team Leader role with good job stability
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Trust Accounting experience preferred
