About the Role
A full-time, on-site industrial role across Geelong and surrounding areas.
You will work on installations, maintenance, breakdowns, small projects and instrumentation/controls support.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
This is a role for someone who enjoys technical work, problem-solving and doing clean, professional industrial jobs.
Key Responsibilities
* Industrial electrical installation, service and repairs
* Trade certificate in electrical qualifications is required
* Unrestricted electrical licence is essential
* Minimum 1-2 years of industrial electrical experience is required
* Troubleshooting motors, VSDs, controls, sensors and switchboards
* Preventative and corrective maintenance
* Supporting instrumentation work (calibration, testing, verification)
* Reading and interpreting electrical schematics
* Completing documentation and communicating with clients
* Breakdown call outs after hours occasionally
* Availability for after-hours breakdown callouts on an as-needed basis
* Working safely in industrial environments
