GlamXperience is one of Australia’s leading glamping companies, specialising in luxury safari tents, domes and unique accommodation concepts for holiday parks, wineries, wellness retreats and boutique tourism destinations.
We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Lifestyle Development Consultant to join our growing team in Pakenham.
This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, inspire clients and help bring unique tourism concepts to life.
Our ideal candidate may come from:
• Display home or builder sales
• Premium real estate or lifestyle property sales
• Tourism or hospitality development
• Interior design or experiential sales
• Account management or business development
About the role:
• Meet with clients in our showroom and present concepts
• Travel across Australia to visit projects, clients and trade shows
• Work in an international environment with suppliers and partners overseas
• Build relationships with holiday parks, wineries and developers
• Help clients shape glamping and tourism projects
• Work closely with our design and project team
• Follow up leads and manage projects from inquiry to sale
About you:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for lifestyle, tourism, design and hospitality
• Comfortable with travel and flexible work schedules
• Confident presenting ideas and concepts
• Self-motivated and organised
• Experience in consultative or lifestyle-based sales preferred
• Ability to think creatively and commercially
