We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality management advice to operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contributing towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
* Collaborating with the wider team, leading and facilitating local implementation of stream-wide quality management strategies
* Enabling service managers to implement effective quality improvement activities
* Providing specialist advice at the local level in clinical governance and quality
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Aged Care or an equivalent qualification within the health care sector
* Demonstrated experience in quality improvement roles within medium to large organisations
* Experience in providing advice on complaints management and clinical investigations
* High-level understanding of contemporary approaches to quality management in the health and/or aged care industry
