Drivetrain currently has an exciting opportunity in our Kalgoorlie facility for a Customer Service Representative to join the team on a full-time basis. This role provides support to the Kalgoorlie branch in customer service, administration, and warehousing.
The position reports to the Branch Manager and works closely with the Kalgoorlie team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Warehouse Operations
* Pick and pack outgoing parts
* Receive, check, and store incoming goods
* Manage and process Production Orders related to the workshop, SPK Kits, and Service Exchange Units
* Ensure workshop SPK are stocked for common jobs
About You
Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* Knowledge of OH&S requirements
* Trade or mechanical background
* Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Sound time management skills
* Problem-solving skills
* Ability to plan and prioritize workload
* Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
