- Full time, continuing role with choice of campus base (as listed) with some hybrid flexibility

About the role:

Operating within Workplace Technology, the Modern Workplace Engineer (EUC, Intune/SCCM, Voice) is responsible for the development, implementation and support of ACU's endpoint and telephony management solutions.

This includes managing Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and related platforms to deliver secure, compliant, and reliable endpoint services across the University.

The role also provides technical support for Windows based desktop environments, including hardware and software components, and ensures alignment with IT strategy and standards.

In addition, the position is responsible for the administration of Teams Telephony and the lifecycle management of Telstra-managed mobile devices.

This includes number provisioning, service troubleshooting, and acting as the primary liaison with Telstra for vendor and account management.

The Modern Workplace Engineer (EUC, Intune/SCCM, Voice) ensures the University's desktop and mobile environments are standardised, secure, high performing, and cost effective in supporting academic and business needs.

What we offer:

- Total remuneration valued to $160,095 - $170,833 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $135,360 - $144,538 (pro rata) pa (HEW 9), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
