About The Role
Are you passionate about fresh food and great coffee? We're seeking a Multi‑Site Manager to lead two high performing service stations in Griffith NSW – one a classic convenience store, the other featuring a thriving food and coffee offer. If you love creating memorable food experiences and inspiring teams, this is your chance to make your mark!
What You’ll Do
* Champion exceptional customer experiences, whether it's on the forecourt or in the shop
* Drive the success of our food and coffee offering, making sure every customer enjoys fresh, top‑quality choices whenever they visit
* Lead and motivate teams across both sites, building a culture centred on food excellence and outstanding service
* Drive sales and profitability, with a commercial mindset and a passion for food retail
* Maintain high standards of food safety, presentation, and customer experience
* Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional food and coffee everyday
* Oversee all aspects of store, ensuring both sites run smoothly and safely to meet the demands of 7‑day trading
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in food retail, convenience, grocery, or multi‑site management
* A genuine passion for food, coffee, and customer service
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
* Commercial acumen and a results‑driven approach
