Due to the company's growth in Victoria, we are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Planning Scheduler based in their Essendon/Bayswater location. A newly created role with one direct report, this is an exciting role with huge scope for growth and expansion in the coming years. Please note this is a full-time permanent role with an ASAP start, Mon - Fri, 8AM - 4PM (Flexible) & there is no work from home in this role. This role will relocate to Essendon in the next 12 and initially be based in Bayswater. Duties include - - Production planning and scheduling of machines, materials and workforce - Provide material, component, and consumable forecasts to warehouse and production. Ensure all required materials are available for the production schedules. - Develop continuous improvement strategies for the warehouse & team - Manage the flow of inventory across sites & personnel involved in inwards/outwards transfers of goods About you: • 2-5 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing/supply chain • Manage inventory levels and implementation of work schedules for staff and equipment • Strong understanding of raw materials, ordering and allocation of resources • Prior experience in production planning and rolling out new systems/processes • Experience and understanding of industrial cutting machines • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel • A team player who enjoys project ownership with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly What's in it for you? • Base salary of $90-120K + 11% Super (Experience dependent) • Travel Allowance (To be discussed) • A unique opportunity to advance your career in a highly successful Australian company • A full-time position - Monday to Friday - 8.30 AM - 4.30 PM • Access to ongoing training, courses & development If you are as passionate about this opportunity as we are then please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
