Contract Administrator Job
We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to support our operations and provide exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in data capture and reporting.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving and responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
* Understanding contract requirements and key performance indicators
* Working closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts
* Creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
* Maintaining databases for council groups and liaising with external stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a customer-focused environment
* 3 years of related experience would be advantageous
* Demonstrated ability to support stakeholders through reporting capabilities
