**About the Role**:
Curtin University is excited to announce a unique fixed-term opportunity for a **Clinics Program Coordinator**, with a position available until December 2025. This role will be pivotal in the planning, coordination, and operational management of a diverse range of activities that support key initiatives and deliverables across several clinics operated by Curtin.
Availability during clinic hours, from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, is required, with the need to work flexibly across our Juniper Annesley, Cockburn, and Health and Wellness Clinic on Bentley Campus as needed.
**Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to)**:
- Oversee the implementation and review of processes to enhance student learning in a clinical environment while ensuring quality health and social services.
- Liaise with stakeholders to promote the program, ensuring optimal outcomes and effective communication.
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinic staff, manage administrative support, and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Report on clinic and student activities and support the delivery of the Curtin Clinics program across multiple sites as needed.
**Who we are looking for**:
- A professional qualification in a relevant Health Sciences discipline with experience in a health care environment, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and /or education/training in practice or operational management would be advantageous.
- Proven expertise in curriculum and assessment software, providing guidance for effective implementation.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of coordinating plans to achieve objectives.
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, facilitating collaboration at all levels.
- Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
**Desirable**
- Previous experience in a tertiary environment.
- Recent practice coordination, or practice management experience.
**Role Requirements**:
- As this is a fixed-term contract, you will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role
- A level of fitness commensurate with the position.
- Ability to work outside of normal office hours when required.
