Floral State is looking for a creative, organized and brand-focused Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our growing team.
We are a modern floral and gifting business known for premium flowers and thoughtful designs. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, social media, branding, and bringing creative ideas to life, while also being passionate about growing eCommerce through compelling content, digital strategy, and customer engagement.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing and growing Floral State's brand and its sister companies' presence across digital platforms while supporting marketing campaigns, customer communications, online store management, day-to-day administration as well as Digital Strategy across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and manage and schedule social media content across various social media platforms
* Manage and support paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
* Apply SEO best practices across website content, product descriptions and digital campaigns to improve online visibility and traffic
* Monitor digital performance analytics, ad campaign results and customer engagement metrics to optimise strategy and growth
* Coordinate EDMs, website updates and promotional communications
* Manage and maintain the website including product uploads, inventory updates and collections
* Assist with campaign planning for seasonal launches including Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas
* Respond to customer enquiries across email, phone and social media platformsSupport daily administrative tasks including order management, data entry and reporting
* Work alongside the creative team on photoshoots, product launches and brand activations
* Monitor social media engagement and customer interactions
* Assist with influencer collaborations and partnerships
* Support general marketing, branding and communication activities
About You
* Previous experience with eCommerce industry is preferred
* Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Creative eye for branding, styling and visual content
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Photography and content creation skills highly regarded
* Previous experience in marketing, communications, retail, hospitality or creative industries preferred
* Must be available to work on site
