We offer permanent part-time contracts starting with a minimum of ***** guaranteed hours per fortnight which will increase as we build your roster.
We are currently recruiting customers in the following areas: Mandurah, Greenfields, Meadow Springs, Pinjarra and Waroona: Providing supports such as domestic assistance, community access, personal care, put to bed to high care customers We offer a minimum of 15 hours per week to start, with the potential for gradual increase Available 7 days a week (including weekends) from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm, school hours are Annual Leave covers required over the Christmas period What You'll Do: Domestic Assistance such as housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, and personal administration (e.g. shopping, banking, paying bills) Support customers with personal care, such as bathing, toileting, grooming and hoisting (this includes customers with high care needs) Support customers stay connected to their communities.

What You Need: A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (important for the role) A NDIS Worker Screening check (or be ready to get one) A positive attitude and creative thinking Flexibility to work different shifts Experience helping individuals and families (would be great) Qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services (also would be great) Culture at Avivo: We're proud of our diverse team and warmly welcome applications from people with disabilities, First Nations peoples, LGBTQIA+ folks, and people from all culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
