Key Responsibilities:
* Manage bookings, reschedules, and cancellations in our practice management system.
* Communicate with clients about appointments, invoices, and general inquiries.
* Keep client records accurate and secure, ensuring confidentiality standards.
* Process payments, issue invoices, and monitor outstanding balances.
Administrative Support:
* Review and respond to emails to track payments and process reports.
* Prepare, store, and file documents accurately.
Practice Operations:
* Follow policies to ensure smooth, compliant practice operations.
* Assist with onboarding new staff and maintaining practitioner records.
