Your primary duties include managing client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery in collaboration with the Operations team, and identifying strategies that deliver long-term value. You will utilise your strong understanding of delivery solutions to build strategic partnerships, drive revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will handle contract management, negotiate service agreements, and stay updated on industry trends to inform our service offerings.
