We're on the lookout for a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to join our growing team in Melbourne and play a key role in shaping customer-centric digital solutions across enterprise Salesforce implementations.

About the Role
As a UX/UI Designer at Seisma, you'll contribute to the design and delivery of Salesforce-powered solutions across government and financial services clients. Working within our Solution Design Services Programme, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—business analysts, developers, solution architects, and stakeholders—to translate complex business requirements into simple and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs aligned with user and business needs
* Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, human-centered interfaces
* Design Salesforce Lightning UI components with a focus on consistency and usability
* Collaborate with stakeholders to run discovery sessions, user testing, and iterative feedback loops
* Ensure compliance with accessibility and brand standards
* Work within Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to design handoffs and documentation

What You'll Bring
* 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in enterprise or government projects
* Experience working on Salesforce platforms (especially Lightning Experience)
* Exposure to the Solution Design Services Programme (SDSP)
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
* Strong understanding of responsive design and component-based design systems
* Ability to present and communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
* A collaborative mindset and user-first approach to problem solving
