About The Role
Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a proactive and skilled Lifecycle & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our in-house team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in driving lead generation and lifecycle conversion through email, SMS, and marketing automation, while supporting organic growth via content and SEO. This role turns our existing database into a consistent, scalable revenue channel.
This role is based in our vibrant Byron Bay HQ- however we are open to remote or hybrid for the right candidate.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Plan, build, and optimise email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and retention
* Manage automation flows across key lifecycle stages: onboarding, nurture, upsell, reactivation
* Maintain a clean, segmented marketing database to enable targeted campaigns and reporting
* Use behavioural triggers and segmentation to personalise communications
* Create SEO-friendly content including landing pages, blogs, lead magnets, etc
* Support cross-channel campaign delivery and ensure consistent execution across content, design, and CRM
* Track and report on campaign performance to optimise ongoing strategy
You Must Have:
* Experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, CRM, or marketing automation
* Demonstrated ability to write and execute high-performing direct marketing campaigns
* Experience managing customer segmentation and behavioural triggers
* Exposure to SEO content production and/or keyword optimisation (preferred)
* Strong familiarity with CRM, email, and marketing platforms (tools flexible)
