Job Description What's the role?
The Senior Manager, Risk Profile & Value Chains plays a critical role in supporting the Business & Wealth Division's risk management framework by providing data‐driven insights, oversight of risk appetite, and governance of value chains. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining divisional and line of business risk profiles, monitoring emerging risks, and ensuring compliance with risk and control assessment standards. Working closely with first, second and third lines of defence, this role provides actionable reporting on risks, issues and incidents, supports regulatory and assurance activities, and promotes a strong risk culture across the division. The position also oversees quarterly compliance monitoring, supports remediation and return‐to‐appetite plans.
The Senior Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure risk management practices are robust, consistent and aligned with regulatory expectations.
What do I need?
* Proven senior leadership capability. Experience leading and supporting teams of risk professionals, providing divisional oversight, and influencing senior stakeholders across lines of business and enabling services.
* Value chain and control assessment experience. Subject‐matter expertise in risk profiles, value chains and control frameworks
* Advanced analytical and reporting skills
* Strong stakeholder and assurance engagement.
* Experience working effectively with first, second and third lines of defence, including audit and assurance partners, while promoting a strong and proactive risk culture.
