**The Opportunity**:
We're seeking someone with hands-on experience as a production operator, skilled in operating a variety of mining equipment including wheel loaders, track dozers, excavators, and trucks. While Komatsu experience is a plus, it's not a requirement— what matters most is someone who brings energy, drive, and a positive attitude to everything they do. **Role Located**: Welshpool (FIFO to Mine sites)
**Roster**: Monday to Friday (8/6 when training)

**What we are looking for**:
- Current Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is highly regarded
- Extensive experience operating wheel loaders, track dozers, excavators, and trucks
- National RII accreditation for operating mining machinery is preferred
- Minimum 8 - 10 years' experience as a production operator/trainer
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work away for up to two weeks at a time if required
