Principal Consultant - NetSuite and/or Epicor ERP

We're partnering with a specialist ERP consultancy experiencing strong growth across the manufacturing sector. They're looking to appoint a
Principal Consultant
with deep expertise in
NetSuite and/or Epicor ERP
to lead complex implementations and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
This role suits someone who has come from a
consulting environment
or has held a senior ERP leadership role within a
manufacturing business
, and is comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
The Role
As a Principal Consultant, you will:
* Lead end-to-end NetSuite and/or Epicor ERP implementations for manufacturing clients
* Act as a senior advisor to stakeholders, translating business requirements into ERP solutions
* Provide solution design, configuration guidance and best-practice recommendations
* Mentor and support junior consultants and project team members
* Work closely with project managers, technical teams and client leadership
* Contribute to pre-sales activity, solution scoping and client workshops where required
You will ideally bring:
* Strong experience with
NetSuite and/or Epicor ERP
in a senior consulting or lead role
* A background in
ERP consulting
or significant experience working within a
manufacturing organisation
* Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g. supply chain, MRP, production, inventory, finance)
* Experience leading workshops, stakeholder engagement and solution design
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at executive level
* A pragmatic, client-focused approach with a passion for delivering value
