**The chance**:
Work at Australia's only Theme Park Resort! As the first point of contact for guests arriving at Sea World Resort and Water Park you will be responsible for meeting and greeting, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and anticipating our guest needs.
**Your day to day**:
- Provide luggage assistance
- Valet parking and retrieving vehicles
- Assist to provide a smooth flow of traffic through the hotel driveway
- Assist guests with directions and other enquiries
- Attend to guest requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction
- Be versatile and use initiative in responding to guest requests
**What you'll bring**:
- Previous experience in hospitality essential
- Drivers license essential
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working under pressure
- Physical requirements include but are not limited to: carrying, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing and twisting
- Available to work on any day including weekends, nights and public holiday
