Civeo seeks experienced FIFO Sous Chefs to excel in liaising between Head Chefs and Line Chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth kitchen operations
* Liaise with Head Chef and Line Chefs
* Supervise and manage team of chefs
* Create service schedules
* Manage inventory, ordering, profit, and wastage reporting

Requirements:
* 3+ years' cumulative chef experience in remote village environment (FIFO or DIDO)
* 2+ years' experience supervising and managing a team of chefs
* Strong experience in bulk/batch cooking environment
* Ordering, profit, and wastage reporting
* Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade certificate
* Applied knowledge of HACCP principles in bulk cooking environment
* Able to work nightshift where required
* Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications
