As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for providing talent acquisition solutions across specific regions and management teams. The Talent Acquisition Partner will deliver a range of talent acquisition solutions to support the ongoing needs and expansion of Encara's Allied Health and Administrative teams.
**Your role will include**:
- Partnering and building strong relationships with management and internal stakeholders to provide solutions regarding workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Responsible for the end to end recruitment process across specific regions and management teams: preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding. This is a hybrid recruitment role that involves recruiting for Full time, Part time, Casual and Locum staff.
- Coordinating talent acquisition activity, while researching and identifying alternative, cutting edge and industry-leading talent and selection methods
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of industry talent and remuneration patterns.
- Assist in maintenance and enhancements of Encara's online presence and marketing strategies.
- Market, source, manage and maintain Encara's internal Locum workforce.
- Proactively sourcing a strong talent pipeline in alignment with the resourcing needs of the business.
- Understanding internal talent and capabilities within the organisation to assist in facilitating resourcing needs and demands.
- Balancing the demands across multiple regions with competing timeframes, deliverables, development and staffing needs.
- Flexibility to handle multiple requests for assistance and projects across the Encara Allied Health and Administration teams.
- Lead and contribute to people and talent projects as required.
**To be successful in the role, you will ideally have**:
- Knowledge and experience in talent acquisition business partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience partnering with management on talent considerations and influencing outcomes.
