This is a role based on a 14/7 roster, FIFO from Adelaide.Food preparation and presentation (breakfast, crib, dinner and functions)Adherence to dietary requirements (allergies, special requests)Assist with stock ordering, rotation and stocktakingMaintain a clean kitchen, equipment and utensilsAdherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practicesFast, effective service provided with a smileAssisting the broader team as requiredAll about you:Certificate III Commercial CookeryFood Safety CertificationMinimum 3 years post-qualification experience in executing all aspects of kitchen operations and food preparation and service, preferably in a remote environmentA manual driver's licence (preferred) and forklift licence (desirable)Ability and willingness to work well alone, and as part of a teamA commitment to genuine, friendly & professional customer serviceA motivated, enthusiastic and positive 'can-do' attitudeResourcefulness, resilience and creative thinkingAbility to work in a fast-paced, challenging & time-sensitive environmentPride in personal appearance & hygieneSuccessful Candidates will be contacted.Stay Safe While Job HuntingWe vet all employer accounts and do our best to keep job ads safe, but scams can still occur.
