**Administration Officer**
We are seeking a full time, enthusiastic administrator to join our Wollongong team. You will be responsible for the first impressions of our business, as well as providing administrative support to the Sales, Service & Programming teams.
The successful applicant will need to have a positive attitude, an enthusiastic work ethic & ability to effectively co-ordinate administrative duties accordingly.
**Duties include**:
- General administration/general office duties
- Answer incoming telephone calls and forward / re-direct enquiries as appropriate
- Manage inbound and outbound mail
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning
- Entering & maintaining information on spreadsheets.
- Assisting to prepare for and facilitate client meetings and presentation in the office.
- Invoicing / accounts upkeep / handling accounts enquiries
- Greeting and assisting walk-in clients
- Lodge and manage warranty claims / parts distribution / parts returns
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of reception and office areas
- Other duties as requested by management
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Strong communication
- A high level of internet and external customer focus
- Proficient computer skills, in particular with the MS Office Suite
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Organisational skills including time management
- Excellent attention to detail
- A pleasant and professional phone manner
- Higher School certificate
- Experience in accounts and invoicing will be advantageous
This is a full time position requiring immediate start.
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wollongong, NSW 2500: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Certificate I - IV (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
