The Role
This is more than a sales role, it is your opportunity to join a respected Tasmanian brand at the forefront of the clean energy industry. You will be supported by proven training, a structured sales system, and appointments booked through a multi stage confirmation process, meaning you are meeting with homeowners who are already engaged and ready for a genuine conversation.
We are recruiting now for a January start. Successful candidates will complete onboarding before the new year and officially begin in January.
You will be working across Southern Tasmania with periodic travel to the North and North West, supported by travel allowances where required.
Whether you are an experienced consultant chasing a meaningful next step or someone ready to commit to a new career path, this is a role that rewards consistency, curiosity, and the ability to guide homeowners through a simple and transparent decision making process.
What You'll Earn
* Base salary: $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience
* Commission: 10 percent of gross profit on every sale
* Expected earnings: $170,000 plus per year minimum, uncapped
What You'll Need
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Confidence when guiding homeowners and managing objections
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Smartphone and basic computer literacy
* The desire to work hard, learn fast, and represent Tasmania's leading solar brand (Full training provided, no solar experience needed)
