The Role
As a Supervisor, you will support the management team by leading your department in delivering exceptional customer service to every JD customer. You will work closely with the store's Management Team and be responsible for maintaining the standards and results within your department. You will lead by example, drive sales and KPI's, coach and develop your team and uphold the visual standards, ensuring your department is replenished at all times.
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time
* Coach team to deliver exceptional service and a "service over task" environment
* Drive conversion, sales and KPI performance
* Work with BOH team to deliver shop floor product availability
* Uphold company retail standards and deliver store visual excellence
* Support management team to improve financial performance within your department
* Support management team to deliver all internal and external profit protection processes
* Support with new team member inductions and ongoing team training
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of experience within retail or a like industry
* Passion for delivering an amazing service experience for customers
* Positive attitude with the ability to create a motivating environment for the team
* Excellent time management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed in a timely manner
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in social situations with customers and team members
