The fast-paced, tyre smoking world of modern race cars and international motorsport would come to a grinding halt without talented MoTeC team taking high performance solutions to the next level. That's what we do and our brilliant team needs another member.
MoTeC is renowned the world over as a leading designer and manufacturer of specialist automotive electronics, supplying the global motorsport industry for over 30 years. Our recent acquisition by the Bosch Group has brought about exciting new opportunities and an immediate need for expansion. We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Officer with a can-do approach to join our fantastic team.
The role will include the following:
* Ensure products are dispatched in a timely manner - same day turnaround where possible.
* Ensure accuracy of deliveries to customers.
* Customer communications & resolutions as required.
* Receipting of parts & materials into stock through the PO receipting process and stocking the items in their appropriate locations.
* Receipting of goods for repair and raising an RMA when required.
* Carry out any incoming inspection of parts received, if required, and according to the instructions provided.
* During inspection, if faulty parts are found, the supplier must be contacted to arrange a replacement part.
* Where a part has reached minimum order level quantity, the Purchasing & Logistics Manager must be notified to replenish order supplies.
* Re-arrange stock allotments when required to make space available for new/additional parts. Changes must be updated in Sage.
* Assist in stock-take activities.
