Responsibilities
* Provide support for network and infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
* Carry out small infrastructure projects under the guidance of senior team members
* Participate in planning activities for large infrastructure projects
* Document critical infrastructure and network components
* Take responsibility for service requests and issues related to infrastructure or network components
* Monitor and report on network, system administration, and backup activities
* Perform ad hoc duties as requested by the IT Infrastructure Manager
Requirements
* Qualifications in Information Technology or a related field
* Technical aptitude with a strong problem-solving mindset
* Experience working in an operational IT environment
* Advanced computer knowledge, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
* High-level attention to detail and critical thinking skills
* Ability to analyse situations, solve problems, and take corrective action
* Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
* Advanced communication skills – written, verbal, and advocacy
