Job Title: Contracts Supervisor
Salary: $87,882 - $98,645
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage contracts and service providers, perform asset maintenance and condition inspections, and carry out contract audits.
The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and be fully competent in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contracts and service providers.
* Perform asset maintenance and condition inspections.
* Conduct field investigations and provide recommendations.
* Review and assess public land-use permits.
* Liaise with stakeholders including government directorates, service providers, community groups and residents.
* Performance monitor service providers and conduct asset condition and maintenance audits.
* Provide technical input into policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications.
* Fully competent in Microsoft Office suite.
* Current manual drivers' licence.
* Tertiary qualifications relevant to Government procurement or contract management are desirable.
* Qualifications and experience in playground safety or willingness to obtain.
