We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive profitable revenue growth and expand our customer base in Australia and New Zealand. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, building strong relationships with end-users and partners, and providing leadership to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive profitable sales growth and market share in the region.
 * Maintain strong relationships with end-users, distributors, consultants, system integrators, and other ecosystem partners.
 * Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
 * Target specific vertical markets, including healthcare, education, financial services, and enterprise data centers, to expand our customer base.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
 * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
 * Proven track record of creating and executing successful sales strategies and driving revenue growth.
 * Strong understanding of end-user relationships and ability to navigate partner relationships.
 * Experience selling infrastructure solutions into enterprises.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
