We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organisation to appoint a Financial Controller on a 12-month contract, starting immediately. This role has been created to support a major implementation and integration project that has pulled senior finance leadership into transformation work. As a result, you will take ownership of all BAU finance operations and provide stability across the function. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and can step in quickly to manage priorities, support the team, and maintain strong financial control. Key responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day finance operations and manage the finance team Ensure accurate and timely month-end reporting Maintain balance sheet integrity and reconciliations Manage cashflow, forecasting, and working capital Oversee compliance obligations including tax and statutory reporting Partner with operational stakeholders across the business Support process continuity during the implementation project Identify opportunities to improve BAU finance workflows You will be an experienced Financial Controller or senior finance leader who is comfortable stepping into a contract environment and delivering immediate impact. Manufacturing or complex operational industry experience will be highly regarded.
