Job Title: Facility Tendering Engineer
At our esteemed organization, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Tendering Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in tendering.
* BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience on Tendering.
* General MS Office Program skills, especially Excel.
* Very Good use of AutoCAD.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and reviewing workshop drawings for projects & technical reports & Bill of Quantities.
2. Studying the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
3. Responsible for all site interior and exterior finishing works.
4. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise through reviewing the tender DWGs & coordinating with all departments & clients.
5. Ensuring that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods & material needed to carry out the works.
6. Cost breakdown for project items.
