ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially astute Label Estimator to join our dynamic team. As a key link between sales, production, and procurement, you’ll play a vital role in delivering accurate, timely estimates and supporting our continued growth in the label and flexible packaging sector.
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is responsible for developing accurate costings and quotations for both existing and prospective customers. You’ll work closely with the sales team, operations, and suppliers to ensure estimates are commercially viable, technically sound, and aligned with our business capabilities.
Daily Tasks Include :
•Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for a variety of label and packaging products
•Analyse job specifications to determine material usage, labour, and machine requirements
•Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies or process improvements
•Maintain and update estimating tools and job costing databases
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
Knowledge and Experience
•Experience in label or packaging estimating (or a related manufacturing or supply chain industry preferred)
•Proficiency in MIS or ERP systems (experience with Dynamics BC or similar is advantageous)
•Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or financial operations within Business Central.
