Role Overview
Position: Legal Professional – Independent Contractor, Remote
Commitment: Part-time (20+ hours/week), Duration: 4 weeks
Collaborate with a leading AI research lab to enhance AI systems in the legal domain.
Responsibilities
Craft and review high-quality legal questions and evaluation sets
Evaluate AI-generated legal responses for accuracy, clarity, and reasoning
Solve domain-specific legal problems to benchmark AI capabilities
Synthesize complex legal information from diverse sources
Provide structured feedback to improve AI alignment with legal standards
Requirements / Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
Advanced legal education or specialized credentials (LL.M., J.D., S.J.D. or Ph.D. in Law) from a top university, preferably in the United States
Robust online research and analytical skills
Ability to synthesize complex information from diverse legal sources
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience practicing law or working in the legal industry
Location: Candidates must be in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia
