About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations. As a key member of our culinary team, you will work closely with our Head Chef to maintain high food standards and drive service excellence.

* Collaborated with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a high-volume venue.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct a team.
* A passion for fresh, quality produce and consistency in food preparation.
* Experience in stock control, food safety, and compliance.
* Ability to train, mentor, and inspire junior kitchen staff.
