Job Title: Scheduling Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Home Health program, you will play a vital role in delivering in-home support services to ageing clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating effective scheduling and rostering services to align Care Worker rosters efficiently to meet customer requirements.
You will also be responsible for planning, forecasting and managing workforce planning requirements, including roster changes, leave and absence planning and new employee on boarding to ensure effective coverage of all shifts to client needs and service delivery targets.
Apart from this, you will assist with providing branch administrative support as required and assist with client phone based inquiries via triage of service support when required.
You will also maintain accurate and up to date client and employee records.
