Working for this ASX listed company, the Management Accountant will support the finance operations through a phase of strong growth and innovation, working closely with senior leaders across finance and operations, helping guide strategic decisions.
This is a dynamic, purpose-driven environment where your skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting will directly support the success of ground-breaking electric vehicle and battery technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
* Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on trends and risks
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
* Collaborate with internal teams to plan and monitor costs
* Contribute to audit preparation, investor reporting, and compliance
* Maintain and improve financial systems, tools, and internal controls
What You Bring
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* CPA or CA qualified (or currently working toward)
* Experience in management accounting and financial analysis
* Strong Excel skills and financial systems knowledge (e.g., Xero, ERP)
* High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
