Job Overview
This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing quality systems across various services. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring the implementation of internal audits, policy review, practice improvement, and ongoing compliance with relevant standards.
The Quality Assurance Advisor will report to the Head of Quality & Safeguarding and collaborate closely with frontline teams, service leaders, and external stakeholders to guarantee that our services meet best practice expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough internal audits of OOHC and NDIS services, focusing on service quality, care documentation, and risk management.
* Review policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance and practical application.
* Identify areas of concern, assess non-compliance, and provide guidance to teams to implement corrective actions.
* Provide clear, timely audit reports and support services to implement recommendations.
* Monitor changes in regulation and policy across child safety and NDIS sectors.
* Deliver staff coaching and guidance on quality systems, standards, and service expectations.
* Assist with accreditation processes and support continuous improvement activities.
