We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join a small, dynamic office team in Cairns. This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills and a proven background in customer service or call centre environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional support to clients and customers, ensuring enquiries and orders are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Accurately process customer orders, requests, and updates using internal systems.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer issues.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, including confidentiality standards.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in customer service, administration, or call centre roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
Drivers Licence and reliable transport.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Medical Clearance and Police Check.
