Warehouse Storeperson
About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth, Minprovise is seeking a Warehouse Storeperson to join our Warehouse team. This full‑time, permanent role operates Monday to Friday, 6:00 am – 2:00 pm, based at our Welshpool facility.
Responsibilities
* Leading by example to ensure health & safety is always the priority, contributing to a low‑risk work environment.
* Coordinating stock levels for consumables, tools, materials, and equipment including ordering, receiving, and storage.
* Managing tooling inventory, ensuring calibration, storage, issue and return processes are followed and equipment remains site ready.
* Participating in deliveries, pick‑ups, vendor collections, and other warehouse errands as required.
* Maintaining structured warehouse processes and assisting with administrative tasks and SAP/system updates.
* Conducting stocktake audits and ensuring consumable and tooling levels are maintained.
* Processing inbound and outbound goods, completing receipts, documentation, storage and record updates.
* Completing and submitting purchase requisitions for approval.
* Uploading and maintaining material certificates in the material register.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Full Australian Working Rights.
* Experience in warehousing/stores within engineering, maintenance or heavy industry.
* Sound knowledge of tooling inventory management (highly regarded).
* Basic computer literacy.
* Current Driver's Licence.
* High‑Risk Forklift Licence.
* Test & Tag Certificate (desirable).
* Ability to conduct basic tooling repairs and maintenance (highly regarded).
