About Our Client
Our leading global mining and resource client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin.
What You Will Be Doing
You will support the smooth operation of the team by managing contractor administration, including recording, tracking, reviewing and costing contractor invoices, as well as coordinating onboarding and training.
Your role will involve a range of general administrative tasks such as paperwork, reporting and accurate data entry, including maintenance defect updates. You will also be responsible for pays reporting, month‑end accruals and overseeing accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial management.
These roles are available for local and DIDO candidates.
What You Will Need
* Microsoft Excel experience essential, SAP experience desirable
* You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical or be willing to attain this
* Current Driver's License & right to work in Australia
* The ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
