This includes providing an efficient, customer-focused help desk service - both face-to-face and electronically - to support the users of the iLearn Learning Management System and technology support services to Educators using Centre for Education and Training facilities.About YouTo be successful in this role, you must be able to show initiative to solve problems and possess a high level of organisational skills and judgement, through the use of guidelines, protocols and procedures.
