Job Description
We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our human resources information system and providing administrative support to employees and leaders.
You will assist in policy work, reporting, recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding, talent development and learning and development, and advising on entitlements and other queries.
Requirements
* Experience in human resources or recruitment
* Strong relationship building skills and ability to manage different stakeholders
* Excellent written communication skills
* Task oriented, highly organized and detail oriented
* Team player who wants to learn
* Excellent oral communication and relationship building skills
* Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle personal information with integrity
