OverviewSales Coordinator – We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team.
You'll be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, building solid relationships while driving sales and supporting our service operations.What you'll be doingEngaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products and servicesAsking the right questions to uncover customer needs and keep conversations flowingListening carefully to customers to build trust and encourage repeat businessRecording and maintaining accurate customer information, purchases, and payment detailsStaying up to date with our product range and keeping customers informed about new offeringsScheduling technician service calls in coordination with our Service teamAnswering product-related questions and providing solutions to customer needsMeeting and exceeding sales targetsAssisting with ad hoc administrative and support tasks as requiredWhat we're looking forPrevious industry experience is a plus, but not essentialStrong communication skills and a genuine passion for salesCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience using Salesforce (advantageous, but not required)Patience, resilience, and the ability to engage customers in meaningful conversationProven sales ability and a customer-first mindsetExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationshipsAbility to manage rejection, work under pressure, and juggle multiple priorities effectivelyIf you're proactive, results-driven, and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you!
