About the opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
* Delivering administrative and operational support and guidance across a broad range of student services activities.
* Supporting student services administration, including maintaining accurate student records, liaising with staff, students, and families, and assisting with enrolment and wellbeing processes
* Managing the collection, secure storage, and administration of student medications in accordance with school policies and procedures
* Providing first aid assistance to students when required
* Monitoring service delivery to identify efficiencies and ensure compliance with government and departmental legislation, directives, policies and standards
* Facilitating work to meet deadlines and commitments and to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
* Supervising and training support staff as required, ensuring high standards of administrative support.
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
* Having provided a wide variety of administrative and operational support
* Coordinating tasks to meet deadlines and commitments, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
* Advising on administrative tasks and processes, driving process improvements
* Understanding of compliance within a school and delivering on relevant legislation, policy and procedures
* Led and supported administrative staff, ensuring their smooth onboarding and providing effective training for optimal performance
* For this position you are not required to be Catholic
Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:
* Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
* Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
